Our friendly local delivery executive will visit your address across Ahmedabad within 24 to 48 hours to collect the securely packed item.

Instant Replacement or Full Refund
Once received and inspected, we dispatch your replacement immediately or credit 100% of your amount back to your original payment method / UPI within 24 hours.
Eligible Return Scenarios
- Damaged in Transit: Item arrived broken, crushed, or scratched.
- Missing Parts or Defective: Incomplete wooden blocks, missing puzzle pieces, or manufacturing flaw.
- Incorrect Product: Received a different toy, color, or item than ordered.
- Size Exchange for Kids Apparel: Need a larger or smaller size for kids wear or baby clothing.
- Changed Mind: Unopened, unused product in original manufacturer packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Exceptions
For health, hygiene, and baby safety standards, the following items cannot be returned once their hygienic seal is broken or opened:
- Baby hygiene products (baby wash, oils, lotions, wipes)
- Teethers, pacifiers, and silicone feeding spoons once opened from protective packaging
- Washed or visibly worn kids apparel
